Marco is the most reliable, honest and diligent house manager we have ever had. We have employed him for over 10 years as our property manager and He covers everything we need and then some. He checks on the house constantly. He takes care of everything from packages being delivered to making sure snow is being removed on and around the house. He has overseen a roof replacement, landscaping and house painting. If and when we have an emergency, he jumps right in; broken pipes, heaters not working, electrical issues, he is there to fix it, and if he can't, he knows the right people who can.

In addition, he is a great craftsman. He has built out closets, made us furniture and helped with lighting. He did a major project for us with a new hot tub and fire pit, dealing with the HOA and permitting to get it done quickly and efficiently. At his core, Marco is just a truly good person, easy to deal with, hard working and always looking for a solution. We have been thrilled to have him take care of and enhance our home, and glad he has become a good friend.

When we became permanent residents of Park City, we kept Marco on as our property manager even though we are here a majority of the time, because he makes it his business to know our house in and out and stay ahead of issues.
